About Walk - Discover the Wonderful World of Mosses at Benmore Botanic Garden

The wonderful collection of trees and shrubs at Benmore Botanic Garden provide a backdrop for another group of plants that are much less imposing but no less beautiful and important. Carpeting much of the ground, the rocks and the trees are an abundance of mosses and liverworts, with over 200 different native species thriving in Benmore’s oceanic climate.
