She is best known for her work with cult independent label 4AD as part of the collective, This Mortal Coil and with The Hope Blister. She also worked with the acclaimed Scottish composer, Craig Armstrong OBE (Moulin Rouge, Love Actually), releasing an album in the US on major label Interscope, produced by Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) and Nellee Hooper (Madonna, Bjork, Soul II Soul).
With over 25 years' experience as a singer and performer signed to major and independent record labels such as Sony, 4AD, and Interscope (USA) together with certified knowledge of coaching and counselling skills, lessons are ideal for all ability levels. Louise is particularly skilled in confidence building.
Lessons focus on building a healthy, fit voice, improving technique and interpretation, and are always set around the student’s goals. If intending to have a career in music Louise’s first-hand experience, industry knowledge and contacts will be of benefit and enhances lesson time and training.
