I have taught yoga in Glasgow since 2013 and my classes are down to earth, friendly and inclusive. Come as you are and I'll meet you where you're at. I offer yoga for beginners, vinyasa flow, yin yoga and monthly astrology yoga workshops.
My classes are layered and intelligently sequenced, meaning that there are different options for you to take, depending on how you're feeling on the day. I also believe the mental health benefits of yoga are more important than making fancy shapes.
Other offerings that you can read about on my website are : mentoring and training for yoga teachers, shamanic healing and reiki.
