Join me, on Wednesday Dynamic Vinyasa, 6.30pm-7.30pm at Hillhead Library for a quick power hour that will have us moving through a vinyasa style flow including variations of the sun salutations, some balancing poses, and some nice stretchy stuff, before cooling down our practice to finish.

Or come along to Friday Slow Flow, 6pm-7.15pm, Kelvinside Hillhead Church Hall. This class is suitable for all levels. We will move through a gentle warm up and then heat things up in a vinyasa style flow, with elements of Hatha, before we wind down towards savasana to bring us into the weekend.
